UNIFORM AGREEMENT

Name: ___________________________________________ is assigned the uniform listed below for the 2009-2010 school year.

 

Please keep all pieces together, clean (see attached sheet on uniform care), and in good repair. Your Complete, Clean, Repaired uniform will be returned on a date to be announced in March. Late fees will apply to uniforms not returned in a timely manner.

The full price of the uniform will be charged if it is not returned or is returned damaged.

Dresses- $75.00

 

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TEARS, SPOTS, BROKEN ZIPPERS OR SNAGS ON THE UNIFORM.

 

DRESSES MAY BE WASHED IN A WASHING MACHING USING COLD WATER, TUMBLED DRY IN THE DRYER AND REMOVED PROMPTLY. NO IRONING SHOULD BE NECESSARY.
