STUDENT ACCOUNTS

1. Student accounts are similar to individual savings accounts that accumulate with moneys from student account fundraisers only.
2. THIS IS NOT A MANDATORY PROGRAM.
3. This program is available to all band members, including members of the dance teams.
4. All student fundraisers must be approved by the Chorus Director and the Chorus Boosters Board prior to being presented to the students.
5. Student account fundraisers are separate from Chorus Booster fundraisers.
6. Moneys are accumulated to by each individual student based on his/her participation in fundraisers.
7. A student can maintain his/her student account for as long as he/she is a member of the LBHS Chorus.
8. The balance in the account of a student who is graduating (a senior) will automatically transfer to their sibling, if enrolled in chorus. If there is no sibling in chorus for the next year, the remaining balance will be transferred into the LBHS Chorus general fund.
9. A student electing to no longer be a part of the LBHS Chorus automatically forfeits any funds in his/her student account, unless it is the end of the school year and an upcoming freshman or current sibling will be a member of the chorus.
10. Each student is responsible for any moneys collected relating to the student account fundraisers. IF YOU LOSE IT, YOU REPLACE IT.
11. Money from the accounts are to be used strictly for CHORUS RELATED EXPENSES (uniform accessories, trips and transportation) and any other chorus expenses as approved by the Choral Director.
12. The only way to place money in the student account is through an approved project or fundraiser.
