Hereby grant permission for our student to be driven to and from any CHORUS performances during the 2009-2010 school year.
We understand that the drivers will be adults whose licenses have been approved by the SCPS, and that he/she is to fully comply with all directives as if the transportation were undertaken by traditional SCPS buses. All county, school and activity behavioral guidelines are expected to be adhered to.
