The Lake Brantley Chorus takes great pride in its many accomplishments. However, none of this would be possible without outstanding support from our choral parents. There are many events throughout the year that require the use of parent drivers (winter caroling, clinics and honor choirs, etc.)
It is state law that you cannot drive students to school events without this form.

In addition to this form you must sign up to be a Dividend (or volunteer with the Seminole County Schools) You can register for this on-line.
